is a lovely double room with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite power shower. Free Wi Fi

All rooms have:
- a flat screen freeview TV.
- complimentary drinks tray includes coffee, decaffinated coffee, capuccino, tea and hot chocolate, with a cupcake! There is also bottled water, both still and sparkling. I put out fresh milk in a flask, which can be collected from the mini fridge in the conservatory.
- a hair dryer in the drawer.
- Shaver adaptor is available.
- Each en suite has complimentary toiletries and cotton wool balls!
Room 1 and 3 have a power shower
The rooms are big enough to accommodate a travel cot.
A folding bed is available at a small charge.

I am also able to offer a fold up bed for an extra bed in a room

Dog friendly - no charge for dogs!
Horse Friendly - there is a charge for the stable with bedding and haylage.

Check in - a couple of days before you arrive please let me know approximately what time you will be arriving. If you telephone me when you are near I will open the wooden gates for you!
Checking out - please can you check out by 12.00pm at the latest.
Ample parking area and secured undercover parking for motorcycles/bicycles if requested.
